Summary:	We specialise in custom-built wooden houses and saunas and their decoration. We sell lumber and timber and process wood.

Presentation

Wooden house construction has been the company’s core activity since 2005. We build various wooden buildings: houses, saunas, summer houses, farm houses, pavilions, etc.

Our capacity:
• production area – 2500 m2
• volume of production – 3000 m2 a year.

The company has 20 experienced employees.

Wooden houses are built using the client’s or the company’s raw material. All projects are customised. Wood is dried in a natural way. Depending on the client's desire, raw material comes either from the Lithuanian or Russian forests.

The company produces various types of log houses: made of milled logs, cylindered logs, natural round (handwork) or trimmed logs (handwork).
The houses can have any notch (Norwegian, dovetail, ordinary, etc.) depending on the client’s order.

We also do all roofing work.
Most often our clients order a house from start to finish, i.e. a house is fully completed according to a project.

Our activities:
• Construction of custom-ordered wooden houses and saunas.
• Construction of small objects (wells, outdoor toilets, playgrounds, etc).
• Foundation building.
• Interior and exterior design.
• Heat insulation and roofing work.
• Electricity installation.
• Production and sales of timber.
• Lumber sales.

The main advantage of a log home is that wood is a natural raw material with its own energy, which has a positive effect on the health of the people living in that home.
A log home has good air circulation; air travels even through wood pores. In winter the log home walls keep it warm, whereas in summer they protect from the heat. Thus, wood with its outstanding technical qualities and low thermal resistance is a perfect building material for homes and saunas, given to us by nature. Wood has high elasticity and endurance, low density and weight, low thermal resistance and high resistance to the effects of chemically aggressive environments.
The financial side is another important aspect of building a log house. Construction of heavy foundations and walls are often expensive. Under identical conditions, a wooden house is 1,5 times cheaper than a brick house.
In addition, one of the main values of a wooden house is its beauty. Log homes are exceptionally nice. Wood enables us to create a unique house and apply one-of-a-kind stylistic solutions without significant expenses on design and re-planning. Cosy, warm and beautiful log houses will always remain the best place for you and your children to rest or live in.

Wooden houses have several important advantages over houses built using other materials:
 Wood is ecological and in harmony with the nature,
 Breathing is easier in wooden homes, humidity inside a home is at an optimal level without any special equipment or automation,
 Log walls have better heat insulation than brick walls,
 Wood is healthy because it is ecologically clean material.

Wooden homes are built of timber of natural humidity. Therefore, we recommend building a house in three stages:
1. Formation of the foundation.
2. Assembly of walls and roofing work.
3. Final interior decorations after a technological break of 6 to 12 months for the house to settle and dry.
It is a right and wise solution from the technological point of view of building log houses. In addition, it is not financially burdensome.
